Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. You are in the very centre of the hilltop town with a character. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and resourceful. The town is fantastic. Frescoes all around: Benozzo Gozzoli and Perugino to name a few. A balustrade 50 meters from your door with a 180 degree view to die for. Assisi seen right from your window... And Spello. And Trevi. And Foligno... Hey, and if you are after fine dining, Montefalco is definitely the place to visit. We come from a pretty foody city, but three out of three restaurants we visited were amazing.

Our family stayed in the two-room suite with four beds. Everything was perfect. The hotel is in the center of this small and beautiful town. although we stayed during the Mercato Delle Gaite, we slept well and heard no noise thanks to modern double pane windows. We will come back.

Amazing boutique hotel, views were out of this world. Dinner was tasty ,plentiful with top end presentation. Facilities were clean with a great atmosphere and decore. Don’t try and park underground unless you are driving a a Fiat 500. With that said a super property with excellent long term staff. Love it.

The spa is amazing . The room is wonderful . The owners are so kind and generous . The coffee was great. It's away from the crowds in Assisi and very near Santa Maria degli Angeli - don't miss the church ( within a church)
