Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.

Our room was clean and bright, fully equipped. It took me some time to understand that you can order bathrobes and some other services via app, but overall it was great and very quickly delivered. Breakfast is quite good but coffee is excellent. The restaurant is perfect, with a magnificent canal view. The overall location of the hotel is superb, very close to Vaporeetto stops and right on the canal, so it gives the full experience of living in Venice. It was a great decision to stay on Murano island, away from the touristic buzz dut with full experience of Venice, just be ready to spend `20 mins vaporetto ride to Venice itself, but this is something we really enjoyed. Oh, they have a shuttle to the S.Marko, which is a very nice touch. This hotel is conveniently located, very new, clean and modern which was what we wanted because the majority of Venice hotels offer you this classic but a bit outdated style... Nice facilities, decent restaurant and panoramic terrace, and very welcoming staff and service. We didn't visit the spa, though, maybe next time. It was my Bday and I was congratulated by the hotel staff, which was unexpectedly enjoyable, thanks.

This boutique hotel is located in a very good location, relatively close to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, yet the area is quiet and unobtrusive. The hotel service deserves the highest rating - it is friendly, nice and extremely clean. We got a very large room (two floors) which I didn't expect at all. Room equipment at the highest level. I didn't really have to carry half of my cosmetics, because there was everything from intimate hygiene gel to pillow mist. Breakfast very good. The only thing I could complain about is the unpleasant smell from the bathroom and/or the canal. But, well,I don't know if this can be avoided in Venice.

Our room was clean and bright, fully equipped. It took me some time to understand that you can order bathrobes and some other services via app, but overall it was great and very quickly delivered. The overall location of the hotel is superb, very close to Vaporeetto stops and right on the canal, so it gives the full experience of living in Venice. It was a great decision to stay on Murano island, away from the touristic buzz dut with full experience of Venice, just be ready to spend `20 mins vaporetto ride to Venice itself, but this is something we really enjoyed. The room was very clean and with a modern decoration. The hotel is beautiful and well located. A very good experience for a break. We didn't use the spa but the shower with coloured led lights in our room was a relaxing experience.

It's a nice place to relax. Clean. Everything you need is there. Hearing is tolerable. Getting to the center of Venice by bus is not a problem, the stop is close by. Parking is convenient. Check in/check out is fast and convenient. Breakfast is a little sparse

From all our experience, the only thing we really liked was the breakfast. There was enough variety and quantity. The SPA area was generally good. Great sauna.
