The restaurant is cosy, the price is reasonable for the quality, the staff are execptional. Large dogs are also welcome, just prepare for the local cats :)

Absolutely beautiful property in beautiful location. Unfortunately it rained during our stay which limited our ability to explore the area, however we had a lovely day indoors, at spa and relaxing in the hotel.

Overlooking vineyards and olive groves, Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa is set in the Monti Martani hills, just 4 km outside Todi.

This place is very beautiful! We would even like to stay for longer. Pool is beautiful. Assigned sun beds. Stunning views from the room and by the pool. Good variety of food for breakfast (you need to order from them staff to get more options). Delicious dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also booked wine tasting as they have their own winery which we totally recommend. Room was specious and clean. Short drive to Todi.

Aethos is a beautiful hotel nestled within the village of Saragana, with stunning views and the most delicious food we have had on this trip so far. Delphina, Pedro and Guillme in the restaurant went out of their way to make us feel comfortable- and we preferred eating in the hotel more than any of the food we had when we were out and about. Paul, who manages the property, truly went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived on a rainy afternoon, he greeted us out on the road with umbrellas and helped us bring our stuff in. He guided us on what to do around town, and was such a delight to chat with. Aethos is lovely, but the staff is what made this stay special. Thank you!

Family owned hotel and they were wonderful!! Perfect, charming little hotel tucked away in the countryside with lovely gardens, terraces and pool. Food was creative and delicious. We highly recommend!
