We book 2 rooms for our family and I'm elated to find they offered us a connecting room, which makes things much more convenient for us. The staff are exceedingly helpful. Every one I met has good command of English. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Just a reminder though, one better be early to go for breakfast so you don't need to wait in line for entry. Rooms, facilities, footpath, spring bath, everything is so good!

Really close to the railway and a tram station so easy to get around. Makes it a little noisy regarding traffic but it’s a big city. Place has a nice modern vibe and is spacious with all amenities required in a flat.

I had both the "normal" and the "superior" room both were good. The staff was helpful, i stayed about 1 month.
