Excellent service - in particular, there was strong snow at the day when we checked out that our car could not move. The staff helped us to find and install the tyre chain so that we can move on to the next destination. I reserved the room in another website with the need of private onsen in the room. The staff was very responsive for my inquiries but since the other booking site cannot address my question, I changed to book in booking.com. Hotel staff could confirm my request immediately after my new booking. Food is nice and portion is about right. There won’t be too many food left.

I booked a big room for just two with indoor onsen. Though even for a full size family, the room is quite big in Japan. Great location, spotless maintenance which is very difficult to obtain for rooms with a private hot spring bath. Food is perfect, too. It meets your every need.

The staff’s friendliness and detail oriented to everything. I was told to move to 2/F for better view after 2 nights stay, I did not expect it at all, and you can experience the breakfast in their sister hotel Gallery Midoubaru. We had an exceptional experience at AMANE resort GAHAMA , and I can’t praise this hotel enough. From the moment we drove in, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff, making us feel right at home. The hotel’s design feels like stepping into a historical museum, with beautiful, sophisticated interiors that create a unique atmosphere. We stayed in one of the Gaham Tower rooms, featuring a stunning view of the sea, an onsen, a jacuzzi, and even a traditional tea room. Although we missed the sunrise view due to cloudy weather, I can only imagine how spectacular it must be. The hotel is well-suited for international guests, with many staff members speaking multiple languages. The location offers convenient parking and superb dining options, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Truly, everything was fabulous. One of the most memorable moments was the surprise the staff prepared for our anniversary. I had briefly mentioned our celebration when requesting a specific table for dinner, and they went above and beyond to make it special. We received a beautifully crafted artwork by a local Kitsuki artist as an anniversary gift. This thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly appreciated, and it added a personal touch to our stay. We’ll definitely be returning in a heartbeat. AMANE resort GAHAMA exceeded every expectation, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
