Our main hotel when we are in Bishkek. We have been several times and everything is just right. Price performance is right, it is clean and quiet. Location is perfect. The staff, with one exception, was as always very friendly and engaged. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family with small kids at Sheraton Bishkek. Breakfast was always good and we spent a lot of time at the pool. The location is great - the hotel is in the same building as a shopping mall but with its own private courtyard entrance. There is also a discrete entrance directly into the shopping mall. We were able to walk to a variety of great local restaurants and to the State History Museum. The staff were very dedicated and professional. Would go again.

The staff is very helpful, English speaking friendly. The room is super spacious and very quiet. It was cleaned daily. The spa is amazing and the service was top tier. The swimming pool is big and not crowded at all. The reservation for the airport transfer and spa was so smooth and easy.
