The place was very clean. The room was small but cosy for us as a couple. There was a shared kitchen that had what you would need to prepare meals. The hosts were very wonderful and generous, and went out of their way to give us tea and snacks at times. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is also very close by to cafes, restaurants and the supermarket. You can find the public entrance to Mirissa beach after a 5min walk on the main road.

The view from the balcony was stunning, surrounded by palm trees and the sea. The room was very spacious. The rooftop offered a wide panoramic view in every direction, and the restaurant allowed you to enjoy meals while watching the sea. Around the hotel, there were plenty of cozy seating areas or spots to simply lie down by the beach.

Host/Manager was very helpful and committed to make our stay perfect as possible. Pool was good size and breakfast was amazing. Sea was suitable for swimming although it's monsoon season due to rock and reef barrier.

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and we had a great view! Every day we could see the turtles! The (I think owner, he checked us in) is very friendly and helpful. They arrange whatever you need! They provided pickup from the airport which was great and very comfortable. They really take pride in their jobs. Every day they check up on you to see if everything is according to your wishes. And the guys in the restaurant are also very friendly and kind, the food is also good! They even have a little gift shop. Many hotels and restaurants should take them as an example. Just impeccable service!
