Excellent hotel, wonderful room, decor and ambiance very pleasing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was superb and well presented, with recommend wine to match. Breakfasts were amazing, a good choice of the finest Sri Lankan favourites.

Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! Excellent property. Very neat and clean. Staff were very courteous.excellent sizes of the rooms. Lived the location too. Can reach nearby good restaurants TSA easily. Good jogging track, golf course nearby.

Amazing old-world hotel. Everyone in my family from the 3 year old to the 77 year old loved everything, from the playground and playroom to the immaculate gardens and rooms and the food. People complain about the bathrooms but they're adequate, just not very updated.

Located in an old tea factory, this hotel is something special for people who enjoy tradition. The outside facade of the old tea factory was kept, while the inside keeps many momentos, machinery and the old elevators. A special experience! Dinner and breakfast buffet were both excellent as well.
