As soon as we walked in, you were greeted by lovely staff who were super helpful and explained everything very well. It made you feel extremely welcome, the service was standout! A big shout out to the waiters in the restaurant, all so lovely and kind. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of food for breakfast too! Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Wonderful Vila on the coast of Lake Ohrid with beautiful lounge area, pool and restaurant. The staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant is excellent.

Very good and beautiful hotel, we highly recommend it. Very friendly and professional staff at the reception. The room (lake view) was clean, not very spacious but is enough for 2 people, a very good balcony. We were on the last floor and it wasn't really noisy. The street is apparently reserved for parking. The free access to Spa (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam, deck chairs and showers; bathrobes and slippers), just need to reserve it. The individual safe boxes are available at the reception 24/7. The good and various breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant with the lake view. Not far from the centre.

I had an unforgettable stay at Inex Olgica Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right by the stunning Lake Ohrid, offering breathtaking views that made every moment special. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that overlooked the lake – waking up to that view was magical. The spa facilities were exceptional. I especially loved the sauna with a panoramic view of the lake – such a relaxing experience! The food was also amazing, with a great variety and top-notch quality. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with luxurious amenities and outstanding service, this is the place to be. I can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!

The location was on the hillside overlooking the lake, and the evening and early morning views were absolutely stunning 😍 The family that run the establishment were really friendly and professional. I had to leave before breakfast on my day of departure. They woke early and made me some food to take with me, which was delicious.

This hotel is located in the middle of the small city on a boulevard without vehicle traffic. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tastefully decorated with floor to ceiling balcony type door. Bathroom very clean and shower was hot. The breakfast was super tasty and plentiful. The first day was a buffet and the second day was a la cart with a number of hot dishes offered. A restful stay away from the hustle and bustle of a bigger city. We would return here at any time.

Great experience! Great communication and the owner really stands out. He made it a great experience from the start. Very friendly and always smiling. He gave a tour of the complex and helps where possible. The location itself is perfect as well. With a view over the lake and the fortress on the right. Would definitely recommend!
