The place was designed to feel good from the very first moment when entering through the main door. Everything integrates perfectly into the ambiance of the subtropical Mayan forest and impresses with it beautiful design. Materials and services are all very high standard and the traditional local cuisine is delicious. With the all-time precence of Tatiana and Ricardo, the hosts of Kokoro Mio, the entire place was filled with harmony and love. Experiencing a Temaskal on 31 Dec. was magic and the massage which we enjoyed 2 times was wonderful. We can not wait to go back one day!

We came here as part of our honeymoon and this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. Everything about the hotel from the location to the friendly staff was amazing. This is by far one of my favorite places i've stayed in. The staff was friendly and while checking in, we were able to book the sail boat tour (which is what my friend and I wanted to do). Parking was available on both sides of the street and had no trouble looking for parking. I would recommend staying here!
