Having stayed here on the 4/11/24, I was pleasantly reminded of a time when everyone whom greeted you, greeted you the way we were treated. With genuine, sincere, willingness. The rooms are immaculate. The view from the top floor....mesmerizing. The service....unparalleled and unrivaled. This is such a pleasant, relaxing, homely place to stay. Rarely have I felt the need to commend anyone before, but this place is quite literally stunning. I will DEFINITELY be returning to THIS astounding establishment. Peter is without a doubt one of the most helpful, sincere, genuine, typically "Kiwi" hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Well done sir.

Amazing views and fantastic being so close to town. The coffee van straight across the road was an added bonus!! The house was clean and felt relaxed. Having a spa looking out across the lake was fantastic.

We stayed in Unit 4 and it was perfect. It was extremely comfortable and was in a perfect location with access to the lake walkway. It had excellent facilities and it was wonderful sitting on the deck, enjoying the view after a big hike. The shower was excellent!

Everything! Location, facilities (hot tub and free access to kayaks), located right on the lake (if you have accessibility problems definitely check this as unit 1 & 2 have some stairs to get down to the units). Place was so clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This was our favourite place that we stayed during our entire 3 week tour in New Zealand.

We loved everything. The room was clean and very pleasant and relaxing. Quick laundry and drying services. The location is excellent...and there is always private parking.

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Beds were comfortable. There was a microwave, electric kettle, bowls, plates and cutlery, a sink and dishwashing liquid/sponge all supplied in the room which makes it possible to prepare simple breakfast. Lots of coffee, tea, drinking chocolate, even mints and a packet of cookie were supplied. Plentiful parking available. Reception staff were very friendly.

This Millennium Hotel and Resort is located right on the edge of Lake Taupo. It offers luxury accommodation and facilities that include a heated pool, sauna, gym and tennis court.

The location on the lake was fabulous
