i like the service provided by hotel staff and amused by their helpful. They provided good restaurants recommendation and help carrying luggages from train station to hotel and vice versa. For example, when we asked help in luggage, Alcides, hotel manager, promptly provided support. He and his staff help to carry 5 bags to train station and reach the last meter that he can help. We really enjoyed the stay in hotel and services. Its a good pick given hotel cleanliness, hotel staff services and locations.

A brand new hotel 7 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. We didn’t expect a very nice dinner to be included to the room price besides the breakfast. Also, they meet you at the station and if you need to leave luggage at the storage, they can bring it right to the station too. Staff overall was very nice and helpful.

I could not be more satisfied with having booked this hotel. Location: In a small village like this, location is not reletas everything is within minutes of walking, this hotel is just 2mins from the train station and I was collected straight from the train with a big sign holding my name and was offered help with bus tickets or anything I need. Rooms: typical for this area, perfect for a few nights, hot water at any time with great pressure, which is not common for many places. Breakfast: prepared with much care, a pleasure to be served on the beautiful rooftop. I could customise the meal as well to fit my preferences. Service: this is what makes this place so special, as the owner lady runs the place with so much hospitality so that every guest would feel welcomed and accommodated. So look no further and book this place!

We arrived after a 20km hike and were so tired. Wilder greeted us with such kindness and made himself very available and helpful. He made everything easy for us by offering us tea, helping us order food and organising our taxi for the thermal baths in Cocalmayo. The lodge is beautiful and peaceful. I've traveled a lot and this was my favourite accomodation so far: wish I could give 11/10 ! In the morning after breafkast we hung out in the hammacks and read to the sound of the river. I even saw two baby condors and a hummingbird in this magical place.
