To start of I want to appreciate the hospitality. For example the housekeeper . Eric who brought honey for my soar throat upon one phone call. Further the services such as complementary airport pick and drop off, late checkout, room upgrade, executive lounge and security really show the good value for money! Also want to compliment Saddrudin and Akram from the exec lounge and reception for their hospitality and service Arif ,siddique . I stayed here for two nights and its a very beautiful place to stay. Rooms were clean staff was very friendly and helpful. They have good restaurants on premise which are also very good. A lot of amenities pool, massage, sauna. I want to specially mention the cleaning staff Amir, tania and shakuntala they were very nice and helpful and always there to help. At the front desk ushna was so nice and when ever i called for anything she would make it happen right away. Also, want to mention that I forgot my very expensive wedding ring at the hotel, but shakuntala found it and left it at the lost and found. Thank you so much shakuntala I was able to get my ring back and that made me very happy. Please give them all a RAISE!! :D

Its one of the finest hotels I have visited in pakistan. Very well trained staff and very cooperative desk managmnt. Our flight was delayed so we reached late for check in but no complaints from the staff instead they gave us suit room thn delux which we booked. Our stay was highly pleasnt. Everything was perfect.
