I recently spent a few nights in this hotel and thought it was wonderful. The staff were superb and very professional. The room was really clean and the facilities were brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

This must be the best hotel in Wroclaw if not even in whole Poland. Wonderful property, great restaurant with delicious food, kids menu and a lovely kids corner so you can be sure to eat your meal in peace while little one is enjoying their time too. The unit is new and very clean. The view is nice especially at night. It’s a 15 walk into Old Town, so very convenient and nice to be able to stow the car in the underground garage. The finishes and accoutrements are high end and very stylish. A really fun place to stay and we appreciated the prosecco and chocolate.
