We enjoyed our Madeira holiday fully, we had a great room on the 7th floor, and loved to swim at the beach. The location in Calheta is fabulous, about 20 mins by bus to Funchal to enjoy the town for a day, great marina and hot spot for marlin fishing. Taxi service was also great, we used Nelson Lala - Taxi 0714 to tour the island and go do great adventures and airport transfers. He is very reliable and his service was great. I highly recommend the Saccharum - Resort and Spa - Savoy Signature as a destination stay from which to explore all of Madeira.

Situated in Calheta, 1.8 km from Paul do Mar Beach, Hotel Jardim Atlantico features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.

Our first impression was absolutely amazing; the first receptionist we met (blonde girl, I believe her name was Cristina) went the extra mile with us and gave us a free upgrade. She smiled a lot and provided us with an excellent service. She is a great asset to the company. The rest of the staff were also very nice. The check out receptionist (Zita) was also great to us. The room was very spacious with a great view to the ocean. The buffet was amazing, with a lot of food to choose from. We will definitely go back and we will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was brilliant! We took family number (2 couples). There were 2 rooms, big bathroom, balcony, private kitchen and minibar. 🥐 Breakfast : big choice, fresh orange juice, great coffee. 👨🏻‍🍳Friendly and helpful staff. 🛀 Bathrobes, slippers included. 🏊🏻‍♀️ Great indoor and outdoor pools. Wanted to stay another day, but unfortunately there were no free rooms left.

We loved the elegance and grace of this older-style hotel, located on a large estate with beautifully manicured gardens high up in the mountains. Our room with balcony was spacious and modern, the bathroom was high-end with bidet, marble counters and floors. The bed was the most comfortable of all the accommodation we had experienced in Madeira. There was a wonderful indoor pool and sauna which contributed to our enjoyment. The breakfast was superb, with many interesting options and copious quantities. We loved our stay here, it was a wonderfully tranquil retreat.
