It was indeed an honor to be among the first guests of the Martinhal Lisbon Oriente, having checked in only ten days after its grand opening. The hotel's excellence was apparent from the outset. The rooms were expansive, boasting luxuriously appointed kitchens that left no detail untouched. The hotel's swimming amenities included both outdoor and indoor pools, each impeccably clean and welcoming, a testament to the property's newness. Cutting-edge technology was interspersed throughout the hotel, with many sensor-driven features offering a seamless experience. The fusion of technology and luxury really added to the uniqueness of this hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and considerate, with a special mention for Rafael who embodied a welcoming spirit akin to coming home to family. Every return to the hotel felt like a homecoming, a testament to the exceptional level of customer service. The housekeeping staff was equally commendable, their dedication and meticulousness ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century.

Lovley hotel. Very nice, polite and efficient staff. The breakfast was really fantastic ' one of the best in my experience. The room was nice and clean, beds comfortable and the free minibar was a very nice touch:-). The location is also great. I also enjoyed the spa.

It is a wonderful hotel ,with the most amazing view, excellent breakfast.and so close ,just a 10 minutes walk to the nicest upscale shopping street .Very nice swimming pool area, different levels where you can sit and enjoy the majestic view, nice bar .Rooms are in 3 different very beautiful buildings next to each other.Our room was in the white building ,it was huge ,so was the bathroom, and really nicely decorated.Stuff in also wonderful ,very polite ,smiling and helpful.
