The hotel is caring in preparing amenities such as bath sponge, hair clip,... The bathroom is big and nice with seperate toilet, shower room, and bathtub.

Great space to stay. Very interesting layout and nice remote and peaceful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us.

The hotel is situated in a very good location. Right outside the hotel is a shopping mall where there are lots of restaurants. The hotel is also just above the train station that makes it very convenient to go to and from the airport (Terminal 1 and 2).

⸻ 5-Star Stay at W Taipei – Exceptional Service and Personal Touches My husband and I stayed at W Taipei from June 18 to 21, 2025, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. What stood out the most was the outstanding service from the concierge team, especially Mr. Jason Yu. From the moment we asked for recommendations on restaurants and places to visit as a couple, Jason went above and beyond. He took time to curate a list that matched our preferences and even printed it out and had it personally delivered to our room—a thoughtful surprise we truly appreciated. He even followed through by walking us to the elevator and making sure our taxi was arranged, always attentive and genuinely kind. To our delight, the next day, Jason prepared another personalized list for us—again printed and delivered with care. On the day of our departure, he even handed us a sweet handwritten letter along with a local treat from Dihua Street, which was such a heartfelt gesture. It’s rare to experience this level of personalized hospitality, and Jason made us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay. The entire concierge team deserves praise. Chris helped us with reservations at Saffron 46 and other brunch spots, while Joshua was consistently courteous, assisting us with taxis and directions with a friendly smile. Aside from the exceptional service, the hotel itself was immaculate—modern, clean, and very relaxing. We especially loved the onsen-style hot jacuzzi, which became our favorite way to unwind after a full day of exploring Taipei. Location-wise, W Taipei is unbeatable. It’s right next to the MRT station connected to the airport train, surrounded by several upscale malls and food spots. We didn’t need to go far to enjoy Taipei’s best shopping and dining. It was our first time staying at W Taipei despite visiting the city several times before—and we’re so glad we chose it this time. Thank you for a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

The location is nice, peaceful and safe. There is one supermarket next door and many convenience stores around the hotel. The bed is sooooo comfy.

Luxury spa/hot spring experience. In room tub/hot spring experience. Extensively stocked complimentary n refillable minibar. Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

The hotel staff were really nice and the room I stayed in was clean and neat. The outside swimming pool was awesome.

Location is unbeatable. Room with 101 view is worthwhile. Rooms are big and beds comfortable.
