We loved absolutely everything! The staff were so-so kind and helpful, food tasted amazing and there was always so many different types of it. Air conditioning was better than any else hotel we have visited in Africa or Asia and rooms were clean, big and nice. We also loved the pool area where you can get literally everything you want- deeper and lower water, sunshine and not if you've had enough of it already. And best coctails in pool bar!! We had already booked another hotel too before our trip to Zanzibar (a bit more expensive one actually) and we regretted this decision every day and wished we had spent our whole trip in Zanzibar in TOA's hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this stylish and beautifully designed hotel. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The breakfast was incredible – a delicious spread with something for everyone. The restaurant also served amazing lunch and dinner options. We took part in the cooking class, which was a highlight! The chef was fantastic and taught us how to make local dishes. The pool area is perfect for relaxing with a great view, and the spa offers a lovely range of treatments with professional staff. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much, we ended up coming back during the same trip! Highly recommended.

    We stayed for 4 nights following safari in Kenya. It was our honeymoon and the hotel surprised us with a lovely display on the bed using flower petals, fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. The hotel manager greeted us and said goodbye on our departure, a nice personal touch. Great place to relax, we did use the gym once, new machines in excellent working order, gym room could be bigger however for a quick workout is fine.

    Location, staff, overall experience was great, good place to relax, good location to explore the island when you hire a car, jetty and restaurant the Club was another bonus, water sports at the Club (SUP, kayaks available), very good breakfast with a lot to choose from, good wifi, free coffee and cookies about 4pm everyday, free snacks at 18:30 every night, Masai night was lovely, high chairs available, every single staff personnel was so friendly and always smiling, totally recommend.
