Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy.
