The resort is placed in charming scenery. Stag was friendly especially the receptionist David was really helpful and gave us all the information what we can do during our time in Serena. Room was spacious and clean. Pool well maintained and that was a pleasure to use it

This was located and a nice quiet area, not too far from the main area. The king suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the mattress which was sagging and caused back pain.
