We visited in mid March so it was mostly empty and the swimming pool was not functional. But a decent breakfast and ample parking space. The staff is very cooperative. We used SPA by paying 20€ per person. Since it was the off season, it was only us using the SPA.

We had to leave before breakfast for a hike and on request they made us early breakfast to go. We were also allowed to leave the car in the garage for a couple of days after check out, very helpful.

Located in the heart of the Albanian Alps, the Natyral Razma Resort complex includes an indoor pool, restaurant serving local and international specialities, on-site library and free bike rental. The staff members were generally kind and friendly. Especially one of the guys went above and beyond by providing some pills for myself. We really enjoyed the place and will definitely come back!
