Host was communicative and very friendly. Responded to all our questions. The furniture in the apartment were all high quality and the apartment can be classified as premium. Very spacious and comfortable. We would love to come back again and recommend anyone to book this without any hesitation.

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

The location was wonderful, there are no beaches, but you can get in the water through docks with stairs. The lake is so clear! Unfortunately, we were in one of the few rooms with no balcony and no view. There was construction going on a property a few houses away so this woke us up if we had the window open. There are lots of jogging/walking trails and places to chill by the water. It's worth the expense for a special occasion as a middle-class person, it is on the very expensive side. For the two nights, we stayed there, we did feel like royalty.

The Einstein Hotel enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Sankt Gallen, at the edge of the pedestrian zone.

I stay at this hotel every year in December when I attend a medical congress and every time there is only excellence from the quality of the bed and the pillow to the bar cigar club and spa not to mention the two star Michelin restaurant up in the attic .
