Super family friendly, everything was so comfortable and easy. The breakfast was next level! Our daughter has celiac and they had plenty of gluten free options for her, including cereal and muffins. The family pool is amazing as well, and the location can't be beat.

The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.
