The Acquapura Spa includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a sauna area, a private spa, a fitness area, and relaxation rooms. It was our second time. The service of the hotel went beyond every expectation. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is charming. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, had a nice view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, and the 5 meal dinner was absolutely the finest dining experience, accompanied by a great service from the whole restaurant team. And last but not least the wellness, with a dedicated sauna area, sauna infusions offered 4 times a day, that is also a top quality. We were in the pre-season, but the price–performance ratio is absolutely great.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind. The facility is brand new, rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast really extremely good. The also opened the sauna area for me only. The hotel is located in a wonderful location. A further plus is that it is situated very close to a big playground for kids. What else to say? We'll definitely come back!

The lodge is beautiful with high quality materials right through. From the moment we walked in we felt at home and felt we stayed somewhere tranquil and very special. The sauna and pool area are of top quality and sparky clean. It was just what we all needed after a day of skiing. The breakfasts each morning were beautiful full of all healthy and fresh foods. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our barman/waiter Yarrow was an absolute gentleman and delight. He remembered all our names and was always ready to serve us the best drinks in a warm and friendly manner. Such a great person. Anna was also helpful and friendly. She also made the best goulash we had ever eaten. We’ll definitely be back one day. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday to Wagrain so special.

Location (across the street to a gondola), cleanness, interiors, adult spa area (it was great that there was a separate area for kids), staff wes super kind and helpful. We liked bed decorations for valentines. We liked skiroom with dedicated lockers for each room. Garage was super convenient. If you want to ski after checkout and change before leaving - there are dedicated lockers and bathroom. We really enjoyed stay and definitely we will come back and recommend the hotel to our friends.
