Great and courteous staff, modern facilities (would never have believed that the hotel is almost 11 years old) and most of all our dog loved it. It's not always easy to please our Austin. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband and our 4-year-old. Everything was perfect! We especially loved the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, so relaxing. There’s also a small playground for kids, which was great for our little one. The views of the mountains are absolutely spectacular. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a larger room with a great view of the mountains and close to the elevator. This hotel has a very chic location. From the room's terrace, you could see the mountains and the sky. There are many different hiking trails nearby. There weren't many people during the weekdays, and we just wanted to get away from people and the city and breathe in the fresh forest air. Also, there aren't many restaurants in the town overall, but the hotel provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was very convenient for me personally. In the afternoon, you could use the sauna, from which you could go out onto the terrace with a view of the mountains. If we want to escape the city again, we will definitely come back.
