Located on the shore of Lake Traunsee, with direct lake access, Das Traunsee - Das Hotel zum See 4 Stern Superior is situated in the centre of Traunkirchen in the Salzkammergut, 10 km from Gmunden. Love the environment there, it's a very peaceful place. The staff are helpful, and patient. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast too is delicious

A perfect getaway location. Everything is thoughtfully designed and created with purpose. The rooms are cozy, the breakfast was incredible, and the town feels like it’s straight out of a postcard. The cocktails in the bar were some of the best we’ve had!

Located directly at the shore of Lake Traun, Seegasthof Hois'n Wirt offers a private beach area and rooms with free Wi-Fi. The location was marvelous, the staff were were extremely friendly especially the receptionist called Nadine. In the evening, we had the dinner in the restaurant and the staff were unbelievably welcoming. The morning there was a guy that the smile never left his face and a lady with a little girl who we assume as one of the owners was extremely welcoming. The rooms given to us were extremely spacious. We loved the stay in the hotel and will definitely visit again

Just a short stroll from the scenic Traunsee Lake, our hotel is set in the picturesque mountain surroundings of the Salzkammergut region, ideally located between Gmunden and the heart of Altmünster. very good self check in. excellent sauna and steam room with an outside area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the wood, modern architecture mixed with classic mountain hut vibe.
