I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Admission to the on-site spa centre is free of... 五つ星ホテルに手が届きそうなホテル、ということで、とても楽しみにしていました。このホテルの外観は結構古い感じですが、部屋の中はとても快適。掃除等も行き届いていました。朝食、プール、マッサージ等とても素晴らしかった。。しかし、一つ言うならば、5つ星ホテルにふさわしいスタッフ育成が必要。例えば、玄関ホールにはドアマンなりお手伝いする人、送迎をする人等の挨拶や動作が必要で、おもてなしをする心がとても大事。お客様を蔑ろにするような言動や行動はよろしくない。最後のチェックアウトをする際に合計金額の中の一つが本当は25%offに打ち出していたはずなのに正規値段しか知らないスタッフ‥。一つ一つが雑な気がしました。他については大変素晴らしかったです。

Built in 1914 and located 850 meters above sea level, Kurhaus Cademario- Adults Only has massage, relaxation and steam rooms. Perfect location for a relaxation getaway surrounded by mountains and Forest. The SPA facilities are out of this world especially the pools and jacuzzis indoor which leads to outdoors overlooking the lake and Mountains. Simply fantastic after a morning trekking in either of the nearby forests we use to indulge and relax at the SPA. Very good variation in breakfast at their restaurant again with fanstastic views of the underneath town of Cademario and the Ticino Lake and surrounding Mountains. There is Free Parking with plenty of parking spaces and all the Staff are super friendly. We would definitely come again.
