The spa area comprises a sauna, a hot tub, a Turkish bath, an indoor and an outdoor whirlpool, as well as a steam bath and treatment rooms. The access to the spa area is free of charge. A private spa for 2 people is also available, the property also offers psychosomatic, cardiological and orthopedic rehabilitiation. The room was very comfortable with an amazing balcony that gave an outstanding view of the lake a couple miles away. Nicely situated between St Gallen and the restaurants/bars along the shore of the lake. Gorgeous!

Guests can relax in the bathing and sauna house with different saunas, quiet rooms, bubble pool and a natural swimming pool. I have stayed here several times. It is very expensive so it makes a lovely treat. Personally I like that it is all „auf Deutsch“. I like to experience a place from that country‘s perspective, plus I can work on my German!

I stayed at the Einstein St Gallen when I was watching Wales v France in Euro 2025. It was great to get the hotel room because the match did not finish until just before 2300. It was very luxurious, the room was very nice. Breakfast was in the conference building a opposite, maybe 25m walk.
