Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. Fabulous location. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view.
