The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. It features an indoor swimming pool, 5 dining options and luxurious rooms with light décor and upscale amenities. Canton Tower is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

I like the view and the restaurants in the hotel, also the location was amazing.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, providing us with a beautiful panorama of the city. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service we received from the chief concierge, Peter. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from hailing taxis to sending packages via DHL. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rest of the personnel at the Jumeirah Guangzhou were also very nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist in any way possible. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in the city.
