A buffet, continental or Asian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. hotel is very well designed for family stay: - spacious: our kid could run around at the lobby, near cafe, the fish place without other people felt disturbed. - kids friendly: staff has daily many little events for kids (dancing, painting, handcrafting, animals, etc.) - kids theme: we haven't tried all out (as our kid was barely 2 years old) - inside and an big outside playground, pottery course, cinema, small animal zoo, an arcade game corner, cars - hotel has an own kids friendly big pool (water level like 30-40cm high) as well as an easy access to the beach (around 100m to walk) - food wise: 3 restaurants - one kids topic, one buffet with wide variations of good western/chinese selections and desert corner - one chinese restaurant with hainan specialities (we haven't tried) - but again very kids friendly as they allow them to run around - Room: we had one at front side facing the pool / beach, very nice to get up and our little also enjoyed it.

Spa and Thai food are featured at this property. We were lucky to book this hotel. We stayed at the villa, very spacious, clean and peaceful. Big nice pool at the villa. Excellent service at reception and at the beach. Very nice location in the bay, I would say the best among what we have seen (all other beaches had rough waves and were not swimmable, whereas our beach was peaceful).

Great location right on the beach with a number of restaurants to choose from. good buffet breakfast and room was clean and tidy, good selection of large pools to choose from and heaps of under cover lounges. Staff at reception were amazing and nothing was too much to ask.

Southeast Asian style and surrounded by lush tropical plants, it features day spa and several landscaped pools. The hotel has an excellent location right by the beach, spacious and clean rooms, and great facilities. The staff were always attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to manager Maria, who was an outstanding help in any situation - truly going above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Communication with Mandy at the reception was also very productive and pleasant, which made check-in and upgrade request smooth and easy.
