Nice small elements and features in rooms make staying super pleasant and give feeling of individual approach. Amazing huge bath! Clean territory. Wide variety of breakfast options satisfying any preferences. Nice, friendly personal. Super beautiful sky bar with live shows, tasty drinks and amazing view during sunsets. From my point of view, Perfect match of price and quality (stayed in the end of November- beginning of December). I want to l highlight our Butler Una: she is extremely involved, super polite, very promt and accurate in assistance. We could reach her any time regarding absolutely any questions. Taking into account rather high language barrier with the rest of the hotel personnel, her personal assistance to us and fluency in English made our staying smooth and easy. She dealt perfectly with any questions, even beyond hotel matters (banks exchanges, routs to parks, miscommunication with didi taxists, etc).

El LUHUITOU Sanya Resort es un establecimiento de lujo que ofrece alojamiento amplio, 3 restaurantes y piscina al aire libre. We were in this peaceful resort for 7 days. It was an A+ experience. From first encounter team till the last. Beautiful resort, peaceful away from all the restaurants and bars. Spacious room, beautiful pool and beach right next to us. Although we preferred to be at the pool most of time. Team was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, helping us use Didi and Alipay. Most of them spoke good English but whoever didn’t used translation app to help us. Thank you Ashita, Ada, Zack who made our stay pleasant. Let’s not forget breakfast buffet and team who always gave us a warm welcome. Lots of Asian and Western options. I stuck with Chinese ofc. Having noodles for breakfast is a unique Asian experience.
