The room was very clean and very nice suited. The Location was very good. The hotel staff could learn little english but we menaged to communicate every day :) Everything else was on a high level. Would visit again!

EVERYTHING! The rooms were huge, well lit and well thought of. Great location connected to a mall with all the stores you can think of but also very near the cultural sites. They also had welcome fruits for us. The staff was amazing! Super helpful, even helped us order food online and used their own app because we had a hard time downloading their food delivery app. The breakfast was excellent too. Would say that this is easily one of my favorite hotels!

The location is excellent—just a short walk to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and spoke English quite well, which made communication smooth and easy. They were helpful and responsive to all our needs. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, truly living up to the five-star standard. In the evening, staff came to replenish the amenities such as tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The toiletries provided were from Aesop, a premium brand, which aligned perfectly with the hotel’s luxury image. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, definitely up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.

Staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed a free upgrade to a suite and it was huge and pleasant to stay in the room. Facilities were clean, comfy, amenities plenty. We tried the restaurant on top of the property and had a pleasant hot pot dinner, too. Breakfasts are nice, with a wide variety of local and Western yummies. Do try the dumplings and the noodle soup station! Exceptional value for money.
