This hotel is right in the city center with a subway station downstairs – super convenient! The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the staff upgraded us to a high-floor room. Really appreciate their hospitality!

The Grand Fenghuang Reserve-Free pick-up se encuentra en Fenghuang y dispone de bar, casino y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

The price is very reasonable.Pros:• Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the west entrance of the park.• Beautiful river and mountain views, very quiet with no traffic noise.• The lighting at night is beautifully arranged, creating a great atmosphere.Things to Note:• There are sightseeing helicopters nearby, which fly about three to four times around 10 a.m. It can be a bit noisy, but the duration is short and acceptable.• The hotel restaurant offers à la carte options, and takeaway can also be delivered directly to your room.Important Distances:• East entrance of the park: 10-minute walk• Zhangjiajie West Railway Station: 30-minute taxi ride• Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon: 30-minute taxi ride• Tianmen Mountain Cableway: 40-minute taxi ride
