Het hotel ligt op 800 meter van de ingang van het park en het kleine dorpje is heel scenic. Er zijn een paar simpele, maar sfeervolle restaurantjes in de buurt. Het personeel is enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij zouden deze accomodatie ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Nice hotel nearby the railwaystation. A big room. Great bathroom. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We thank especially Feng. He helped us from the very first moment with everything. Excellent.

Absolutely fabulous stay! The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is superb, just beside the MRT station — so easy to get around! Breakfast buffet was solid, and the staff were really friendly. Gave us a high-floor room upgrade somemore. Very impressed, will stay again!

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

This is extremely amazing hotel with nice facilities, super comfortable rooms, free laundry service and generally amazing service. Joanna, front desk manager, contacted us in advance on WhatsApp, suggested us on our plans and booked all the tickets for us- such a great help! This is really one of the best hotels we ever stayed at!
