Localtion is fine, not in the city's center but close enough to every park/garden I meant to visit. Breakfast has various options including western and Chinese cusine. And the most important thing is the hotel does allow you to pay with Mater/visa card which doesn't happen so often in China.

The hotel was very clean and the location was good for what my family needed. The staff was very helpful and spoke enough English to check us in and answer questions. They used a robot to deliver food deliveries and had a discount available with Blue frog. The price was great compared to the spacious equipped room.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and fresh produce. Lovely swimming pool with a view. Gym is modern and very good for a hotel gym. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There weren't too many vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet but the staff was very kind and offered to have vegetarian food arranged for us if we were staying for another day. We didn't have the chance to take them up on that offer but we really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend!

The rooms in Pullman Suzhou Taicang are fitted with bathrobes. Our stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm and helpful, whether it was the front desk staff who checked us in with a smile, the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, or the concierge who provided excellent local recommendations. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. We felt like valued guests throughout our entire stay and would definitely return.
