El personal sobre todo de la recepción, especialmente que había una señorita que se llama Thais que nos atendió y ayudó excelentemente con gran amabilidad, competencia y educación. Que hablara español nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Destacar también la comida tanto del restaurante tipo buffet del primer piso con gran variedad y calidad como el restaurante de la planta alta con las vistas a Shanghai, atención y comida excelente.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno centro de Shanghai. El hotel en sí está genial, con un restaurante en la última planta. Habitaciones espaciosas, camas cómodas y buenas vistas. El personal inmejorable, nos han tratado de maravilla, especialmente Germán.

Nos alojamos mi padre y yo en el hotel Radisson. La habitacion , el desayuno y atencion del personal muy bien muchos hablan ingles. Pero quiero hacer una mension especial por la recepcionista Thais que nos atendió espectacular. Habla en español, nos ayudo con las atracciones de la ciudad. Es mas me puse malo y me indico todo para llegar. Siempre nos pregunto si nos faltaba algo y ayudo en conseguirlo. Excelente!! Simplemente volvería a este hotel por ella. Muchas gracias Thais por tus gestiones en un pais que es complicado comunicarse.!

Llegamos en metro y tomamos un taxi pero nos llevó a otro hotel de la misma cadena, enseguida nos enviaron un vehículo a recogernos, estábamos a 5 min, su personal es muy amable, hablan inglés, la habitación muy espaciosa y limpia.
