Este hotel de diseño, inspirado en la cultura de Colombia, ofrece habitaciones de lujo. Está situado en el centro comercial de Medellín, a 1,5 km de la estación de metro Poblado. Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. Particularly Anna.

The staf is superrr, they are realy helpfull carring, breafast was superr everyone there was super nice to my family, my kids were spoiled by the staff. Super nice place to stay highly recomended. Will defenetly go back there for my next trip.

El diseño de la hosteria es precioso, la comida fue excelente, el recibimiento a las instalaciones por parte del staff fue agradable. La villa con piscina, invitaba a no salir de alli. Sin duda repetiremos.

And after spending a few days in El Poblado it was nice to see a different area, conveniently near Community 13. Also, Marlon was particularly friendly and helpful!
