The apartment is amazing size having huge patio with open kitchen area. Inside of the apartment you can find spacious living/sleep room and huge shower/wc area. There is a small pool were you dip and cool down. The hosts, David and Charlotte, were charming and warm persons. The only disappointment was that we stayed only one night in this lovely place. So if you plan to visit this nice and small town I recommended to stay few nights in this lovely apartment.

Located a mere 50 metres from Guiones’s main break, in Nosara, Costa Rica, The Sunset Shack features a year-round outdoor pool and guests can also enjoy the on-site restaurant. Sunset Shack was in a great location, close to the beach, short walk to the shops and more restaurants. The room was spacious, comfy beds and amazing shower. The hotel/bungalows are quiet and the Al Chile restaurant joined to the hotel is great. We were able to order and eat by the pool.

The service is amazing and food is outstanding. There are plenty things to do and relax, the beach is calm and safe, you have beautiful beaches near by that you can visit as well. You will love this place.

This property is a beachfront hotel that has an outdoor pool, spa facilities and massage services. It also features meeting rooms, gardens and on-site shops. The garden is absolutely delightful, it has the most exotic fruit trees, it's paradise! There are even cats, lots of them, beautiful and friendly, I would have stayed there for a month! :) It's the most peaceful place. And the rooms are, of course, very nice, very spatious, actually the size of an appartment, the bathroom as well. The staff is also great, they were very, very patient with us, even though we were a bit dizzy from the jet lag, had been switching accomodations every day for a few days, forgot stuff in our room at check-out, annoyed them with food that we needed refrigerated and so on. We couldn't even stand ourselves anymore :) Anyway - if we ever come back to that area, we'll be staying there, for sure.

We loved that mimosas were included with breakfast! Very quiet, serene and luscious location. Chef is phenomenal and is an integral part of your stay--the food is spectacular.

What an unexpected paradise! A dream stay full of incredible experiences on a beautiful campus on a large locally owned ranch full of incredible geothermal vents and waterfalls and gorges!
