This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Este hotel ofrece un alojamiento de lujo de 5 estrellas frente a la playa, una gran piscina tipo laguna en el centro de Port Ghalib, Egipto. The Palace is part of a larger hotel complex, but you don’t really feel it. There were lots of other guests but it did not feel busy, which meant it was very relaxing!

La cantidad de plantas que tenía el hotel, había bastante verde, el diseño del hotel, ubicación y yo siendo vegetariana encontré muchas opciones súper ricas en el buffet

Our children (8 and 11 years old) especially loved the aquapark, which provided hours of fun and excitement. The beachfront location was beautiful, but with a pronounced water reflux, which could be seen as a negative thing or a positive one: an opportunity to explore the beach when the water receded. Our room was very big, nice and clean. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and the friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Our kids also really enjoyed the VR games, and the person at the VR movie area was fantastic with them. The resort itself is quite large, which might not suit guests who prefer a smaller, more compact setting. However, there are quadracycles and a shuttle bus to help get around, which made it manageable. It’s worth mentioning that the resort is far from any cities or towns, so going for a walk outside the resort isn’t really an option. That said, there is plenty to do on-site, and there are also organized excursions available, like safaris and other tours, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The Mediterreanean and Soprano restaurants had amazing sea views. Overall, we had a great family holiday here and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Sunrise Anjum Resort tiene jardín, salón de uso común, restaurante y bar en Marsa Alam. Este resort de 5 estrellas ofrece servicio de habitaciones, cajero automático y wifi gratis. La decoración contemporánea árabe mediterranea , muchas piscinas para todos los gustos, los restaurantes con mucha variedad y los postres del buffet son impresionantes. Todas las habitaciones dan a la piscina o al mar. La playa está muy bien preparada para hacer snorkel en el arrecife justo en frente del hotel. Impresionante la variedad de peces que se ven en la misma puerta del hotel. Le pongo en mi top10 de hoteles, y he viajado mucho por el mundo. Repetiremos. Ojalá pongan vuelo directo desde España a Marsa Alam.

JAZ Elite Amara ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas en Marsa Alam, frente a la playa, y tiene jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

Easy access to coral reef, Lounges on the beach súper nice, everything located conveniently. Pools excellent Just everything perfect, excellent service, super staff eseciallt Farah from guest relation, restaurant manager Abo Elabass, Abdu and the guys of the restaurant and the lifeguard at the pier Ahmed and at the pool. And the photo team guys!

El JAZ Elite Maraya, situado frente a la playa, ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas en la ciudad de Marsa Alam y cuenta con piscina al aire libre, jardín y bar. Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
