They upgraded our room because of our honeymoon and sent a dessert and drink to us 🌸. The location is perfect, in the middle of Plaza Mayor. You can walk everywhere in the center. Also, buses and metro also really close. The room was very comfortable. It was modernly furnished, everything was really new. You will find everything that you need from a hotel. Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, or presidential suite. The rooftop pool will be open from May 23 to September 20, as it is only available during the summer season. One of the best hotels I have ever been. Everything was perfect.

Helpful and friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, great cleaning, delicious breakfast, large, comfortable bathroom with a great shower (important to have a good shower after walking around the street all day). Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay there again

Wonderful stay for Christmas, stunning decorations and the staff made us feel welcome at the holidays. The room was lovely and very comfortable. They left little gifts for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. It was December, but even so, we could go up to the rooftop area during a sunny day and it was so beautiful. Loved the outdoor courtyard as well. Would love to come back in warm weather!
