The location in Puerto de la Cruz was very beautiful and the facilities were great! There was a free parking nearing the hotel which was very handy because we had a rental. The staff of the hotel were the warmest people we have ever met! The food was delicious and very diverse! The pool area is excellent and the bar with the terrace as well! Every night they have live shows, which were an excellent plus! The rooms were very clean and we really felt like we were taken care of! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed on!

The apartment is lovely, has everything you might possibly need, a fully stacked kitchen if you want to cook, a washing machine to wash your clothes and most importantly parking and access to several pools. The location is also excelent, it's very quiet and secure, yet very close to bars, stores and the beach. Would like to thank Olga who was super nice and helpful, even let us stay a bit longer on our last day since we had an evening flight.
