The attention to détail, the cleanliness, the staff and location were all outstanding. Really looking forward to going back for another weekend break. Highly recommend a visit.

We booked the suite which was roomy and had a great terrace overlooking the property which was just amazing. The service was excellent and had a very personal touch, we felt like valued guests. It was 5 minutes away from St Emillion by car over a country road. They had rental bicycles too. We can only recommend

I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights in September as part of an anniversary trip. Start to finish everything here was flawless! It's the best of both worlds -- the attention and services of a hotel with the comfort and relaxed setting of an apartment rental. Service: We were greeted immediately in the parking lot and given a tour of the room and facilities. Before your stay you get access to their guest portal where you can instant message staff, book things like massage, meals, etc.l The guest portal has guides to your room and recommendations for the area, all at your fingertips. They have guides in English for literally everything, e.g. how to work the towel heater or dish washer in your room. Such attention to detail! They also had a hand written note in our room welcoming us. Check-in and check-out and payments were a breeze, there is no key -- your door is locked by a key pad. Everyone we encountered at the spa and wine bar were so nice. Shout outs to the woman (sorry I didn't catch her name) who gave us a free taste of walnut liquor at the bar to try. Room: We were in room 201 which was perfect for us because it is private and away from the other rooms. It was very quiet and conveniently located next to one of the pools. There is a small outdoor seating area which we enjoyed. Everything is immaculately clean and modern with comforts of home. The design of the kitchen and decor in general is really beautiful and minimalist chic. TV had many international channels to enjoy, plus there is chrome cast. The kitchenette was perfect for us because there are no restaurants walking distance and 2 of the nights we were tired from sightseeing and didn't feel like going out for dinner. So instead we could buy groceries (there is a Carrefour 8 mins drive away and every day of the week one of the nearby towns has a market) and eat in our room.

Breakfast is included. There is an outdoor pool, a spa and sauna as well. Garden seating, so one can sit and read while petting Leah the border collie. Our host, Michael, with his son Valentin and wife Sandra assisting created what can only be described as a 5 star dining experience. It costs extra, but more than worth it. - Appetizer prawn in a crema. Amazing sauce accompanied by 47 monkeys gin (liqueur like) - Foie gras 3 ways, accompanied by Coueur de Bois Maple Whiskey (liqueur like). Sel de Chateau on foie gras. - Duck legs, meat melted off the bone. Roasted potatoes. Ratatouille- to die for. Accompanied by Assemblage - french Whiskey - Cheese board.8 Goat cheese 4 ways. Camembert. Truffle cheese. Roquefort. Blue cheese. - Chocolate beads with wine. Chocolate mousse. Then rum. Then 40%, 64%. 66%. 70%. Finish with 85% then 100%. Chased with Belvoye french whiskey Food is ❤️ love! We are definitely coming back soon.

Niet meteen in het centrum, maar er stopt een tram voor deur en dan moet men lijn D hebben (en niet B zoals ik had gedaan)
