The Moorings Hotel & Restaurant is een accommodatie met 4 sterren tegenover het strand in Gorey met heeft een terras, een restaurant en een bar. I had a truly wonderful 5-day stay at The Moorings. From the moment I arrived, Iselin and her team made me feel incredibly well cared for. There was a small issue with my room at check-in, but it was resolved immediately and with such kindness and efficiency. It really showed how much they care about the quality of the guest experience. The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully done: tasteful, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is also exceptional. Just steps from a peaceful park and a stunning beach, perfect for long walks, and close to the quay where you can take a refreshing dip at any time. It’s also easy to get around. I used the local buses without any trouble, and taxis were always available. The food is excellent, and the oyster happy hour is a definite highlight. All in all, a fantastic stay. I’d love to return. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location on a beautiful beach - very quiet. The breakfast, included with our room, was amazing with beautiful choices of fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. - and of course the "English Breakfast" options.
