The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. The breakfast and choice was absolutely amazing. The best we have had at a hotel. It was all fresh and constantly topped up. We had not planned to eat evening meals in the hotel, but the food was so good we ate there every night. The room too was fantastic, with plenty of space. Marc the concierge was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some great walks suitable for us and the buses to get to them. The receptionists were also very welcoming showing us around the hotel and our room on arrival. The location of the hotel is good too, just a few minutes walk from the center and therefore not too noisy. A few days after we left I realised that I had left an expensive item of clothing behind. The hotel kindly arranged to post this home for me. We usually holiday in the Med but with the high temperatures we now get there during summer, decided to try the UK this year. We had such an enjoyable time will definitely be back next summer.

Soundproofed room. Comfortable beds and nice linen and towels. Tea, coffee, bathroom products in the room. Check in easy with key box. Nice breakfast and friendly owners / staff. There are places to eat, bars shops locally. Local park. It’s away from the busy part of Windermere, in walking distance about 15mins

Beaumont House is a charming, family-run Victorian guesthouse, exclusively for adults, nestled in a peaceful location just moments from the vibrant center of Windermere. Perfectly positioned, it is only a short stroll from Windermere Railway Station and offers complimentary Wi-Fi and private on-site parking. The Manager at the hotel, Mrs. Simona was extra helpful by way of arranging our late check-in. The hotel is beautiful - old charm and stylish. The service provided by the helpful couple during our breakfast was great.

The Hospitality and cleanliness made our experience and stay so beautiful.

Stunning hotel inside and out, with beautiful lake views and perfectly decorated for Christmas. All the staff we spoke to were polite, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our suite was cleaned to a high standard, well maintained and quiet throughout our stay. We have already booked to return next year…
