Loved our stay! We spent a lot of time in the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and felt truly relaxed. We had a cream tea which was delicious. We had breakfast included with our stay which was also fabulous. Highly recommend!

Reception staff were very welcoming. Room spotless and very comfortable. Good to have a separate shower and bath. Good quality toiletries. Excellent Indian food for dinner. Good breakfast particularly the fruit and yoghurt and pastries & coffee. The restaurant and conservatory had wonderful views over the lawn and lake. The spa facilities are great. My daughter had a massage by a ?South American? lady and says it was exceptionally good. Overall a lovely stay and would like to return.

Free parking and loved the spa facilities. We got massages and used the pool which was a good size. The breakfast selection was lovely

Great customer service. They left a cake in my room because it was my birthday week. The breakfast was lovely. Rooms nice, big, clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Had a pregnancy massage at the spa which was fabulous! Pool facilities were good. Overall a great experience.

Lovely relaxed environment in the bar area. The live music was good. The bed was comfortable. Nice smell as you enter the hotel reception space. The sauna steam and hot tub/jacuzzi are great.

Breakfast was good. Location was amazing Decor and space was fantastic. Room was comfy , bed was marvellous comfy and relaxing .

As we were walking The Ridgeway the location was perfect, as it's only a few yards off the trail. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a lovely deep bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day's walking. Very quiet at night so enjoyed a good nights sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was very good, although there was no breakfast buffet so no cereal, toast, juice etc. The bar had two real ales on offer which were both well kept and very nice.

Room was comfortable. Pool and sauna were nice, but would have benefitted from a detailed deep clean. Breakfast good quality in a nice relaxed space. The whole surroundings and not over manicured grounds giving nature space was a nice surprise.
