Obviously, the view is stunning :) In fact, it turned out to be even better that I'd expected. But on top of that, the communication with the host was great, the check-in/out process went smoothly, the bed and the bathroom were really comfortable... I don't like the New Boulevard district that much but if you want to see the better part of Batumi every day from an incredible angle, that definitely is the spot!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is out of this world, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season on weekdays when the hotel is quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy all the facilities. Don’t miss a trip to the Green Lake – the views are simply incredible. Hands down, the best hotel in Georgia!

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Iko's Family Apartments is set in Batumi in the Ajara Region, 450 metres from Batumi Archeological Museum. Free WiFi is provided throughout. The apartment was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed.

Situated in the resort of Kobuleti, this modern hotel features a large outdoor pool, open-air restaurant and rooms with a balcony, offering beautiful views of the Black Sea or Ajarian Mountains. A wonderful hotel, beautiful inside and out. The area around the hotel is like a small botanical garden. We celebrated the New Year pleasantly. The compliments from the hotel were also pleasant.

Apartament was very clean and comfortable. Location is very good- near to the center and 50 meters from the sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect in this place
