We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.

That’s a very stylish and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed everything the hotel provided us with.

I would like to thank the entire W HK team, especially Pauline and Shirley, who made my stay one of the most pleasant experiences in HK. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my needs and gave me great local recommendations. Housekeeping were incredible and their personalised gestures were warmly received. At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Room was incredible, even without a harbour view the view of the Kowloon skyline was very special. The pool and spa areas were spectacular. Without doubt the best hotel i have ever stayed at.

Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. We loved everything about the property, specially the pool view!
