It’s a pleasure to write this review cause we are already not the first time here and guess what? It became even better and all our small comments from last time got improved! So thumbs up for the management to be that attentive to guests needs and open mindedness to change old approach. To summarize it all: 1. Spotless 2. Maintained and taken care off on a very high level. 3. Every single employee is kind, smiling, professional on his/her place and ready to assist. 4. Food became even better and everybody in the restaurant is doing just a remarkable job.

The guest-centric and family-friendly hotel is located in the centre of Zalakaros, right next to Zalakaros Thermal and Medicinal Spa.

Amazing stay in Tokajer Panzio. Very attentive nice staff - you really feel being taken care. The room is spacious and clean. Very good Spa center with all facilities you can imagine. I would really recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The restaurant prepares excellent meals for breakfast you can choose hot or cold dishes, if something runs out it is replenished. Dinner consists of 3 kinds of appetizers 2 kinds of soups and several main courses and dessert. The cuisine is varied - vegetarian, meat, Asian. In addition, an excellent spa with 4 types of sauna, 2 Jacuzzis of different temperatures and other facilities.

This hotel features a spa area and a garden with a pool, the Batthyány Kastélyszálló is located west of Heviz and Lake Balaton. It features on-site tennis court, a playground and a restaurant.

It is a lovely place. Huge, well maintained park around the castle, very peaceful and green surroundings. We got a free room upgrade so could relax on a 40 sqm terrace :) +16 C, sun and first flowers in the last days of February. The apartment was very comfortable, there was a lot of space in the bathroom. It is not emphasized anywhere on booking site, but there is kind of a daily wellness programme offered for free - stretching, breathe exercises in aroma sauna (wooden sauna house located in the garden!), aqua gym and even painting :) It was not yet allowed to swim in the outdoor pool but I can imagine how lovely that is in summer. The indoor pool is small but nice. During our Hungary trips we noticed the pools there are not designed for swimming but purely for relax, the water in them is therefore very, very warm. We liked both breakfasts and dinners, some typical Hungarian food was offered: pepper sausage, duck leg, goulash soup (luckily we are not vegetarian ;). We prolonged our stay to 3 nights and still did not manage to use all of the facilities as had also some car rides to the Balaton lake and villages around so I think this place can be recommended for at least 1 week vacation.

Wasnt meant to go anywhere. We tried to escape the bad weather, if we can cancled an important appointment. We would like to stay at list 2 nights. Everything was excellent, from services, atmosphere, pools, foods, room. All 👍 👌 👍 👌

The owner of the villa did everything possible to make our stay perfect. He really goes the extra mile for you and has a lot of knowledge about the right spots and activities. Great location with the surrounding environmet, beautiful atmosphere and really great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was very clean, stylish, and the apartments are huge! On my second stay, I also got a sauna on the balcony. So very well equipped. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. When I will visit Zala again, I will definately come back to Zala Springs!
