We had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a good place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary but decent enough to start the day. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area.

Where to start from... everything was perfect at this hotel. Floating breakfast can be served when requested a day before, Staff of the hotel are super nice people, always ready to help out and serve. Room service is free. From the front desk to the driver everyone is super nice and helpful. Pool was clean and the view was amazing. And the food was good.. loved the duck meal. And ooh they actually have nights where some artists come to sing during dinner.. simply magical... all for free. And for dinner they serve bread and "Canape" for free in addition to the food. There is free Yoga on Wednesdays or Thursdays. They also do flower baths at a fee. There is also free shuttle to the city and back. You just have to inform them on time. I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out.

Everything felt personal and warm. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience tiene piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness, jardín y terraza en Gianyar. Everybody was so friendly and nice. You could stay at the hotel and you had everything you needed. You can relax really good and don’t need to go outside balis busy streets. The restaurant had a great view and the pools are also really good. Looking forward to see you next time 😊
